SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Do I have to pay any shipping or delivery charges?
Shipping charges are waived off if your total cart value for products (not deals) is Rs. 888 or above. Shipping charges of Rs. 99 apply if your product cart value is less than Rs. 888.
There are no delivery charges.

What is the difference between shipping and delivery?
Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take 2-5 days depending on the address specified for the order.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by filling up our Contact Us form with your order details or call customer care number and we will look at it immediately and get back to you.

Why have I not received my product yet?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will be sending you an e-mail informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date.
I want to ship something abroad. Can I do that?
We don't deliver products internationally. You can, however, place orders in India from anywhere in the world.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
7 Days Returns Policy*
NOIZE gives you the option to return or replace the products within 7 days of the receipt of the order. We will either replace the product, exchange, or issue a credit note if the product requested is out of stock.

In the below mentioned cases Returns & Exchanges are not possible.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support Returns & Exchanges such as those listed below

Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.

For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other, etc., products will not be applicable for return. Please consult a doctor before buying any of our products.

Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers and MRP label.

Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies, or accessories.

Improper storage of product. (As instructed on the product label)

What do I do if the product I’ve received is not as described?
If the product after opening is not as described, we request you to call +919611133233 / connect@noize.fit immediately for assistance. You will be requested to share images/Lot no/product details etc. If the product received is not up to our standards, you will receive a replacement, exchange or refund for the same.
This is entirely upto the discretion of the company
